Pressing this point for 1 or 2 minutes helps in alleviating facial muscles tension, toothache, cold, loose bowels, stomach ache, knee pain and high blood pressure.

 

STOMACH 36

This effective acupressure point can easily be found on three thumb widths downward from the lower edge of the knee cap. Sensing a pointed bone at this level, one finger width to the outer side of this pointed bone is exactly the area of ST 36 point.

A firm pressure to this point aids in reducing facial muscles tension, cold, stomach ache, headache, diarrhea, high blood pressure and tired eyes.     

 

LARGE INTESTINE 4

This point is located in the body tissue directly between the thumb and the index finger. Sensing of deep pain on strong pressure to this point proves that you have found the exact point. But do not continue to press a point which is very extremely painful.

Applying this pressure for 1 to 2 minutes helps easing diarrhea, flu, body ache, cold, pain in shoulder, constipation, toothache and arms illness.

 

GALL BLADDER 40

This acupressure point is situated in a hollow depression just below and forward to the sideways maleolus or ankle bone. Gentle pressure of 1-2 minutes on this point helps in relieving many health issues like eye discomforts, headache, cold, pain in shoulders, lack of lactation, gall bladder issue, slow blood circulation in legs, fever, leg paralysis, gall bladder stone and pain in ankle joints.
