Upasana (Bhakti Yog):Meditating in a tranquil surrounding that leads to inspiration to stay and work towards the righteous path.

Sadhana (Gyan Yog):A spiritual practice of self-refinement. Exercising constant self-discipline, introspection, self-analysis. Observation and reflection upon every action, conduct, and thought.

Aradhana (Karma Yog):An effort to serve humanity through one’s own resources. Selfless service through regular donation of time, talent and resources for the welfare of the society.
