चेटीचंड पर्व

जल देवता (वरुण देव), साईं उदेरलाल या झूलेलाल के जन्मदिन को चेटीचंड कहा जाता है और यह दिन गुरु नानक के जन्मदिन से भी मेल खाता है। वरुण देव ने साईं उदेरलाल या झूलेलाल के रूप में सिंधियों की रक्षा के लिए अवतार लिया था। 

चेटीचंड को हिंदू कैलेंडर में सिंधी चेत महीने (मार्च - अप्रैल) या चैत्र महीने के पहले दिन मनाया जाता है; इसलिए चेटीचंड कहा जाता है। चेती चंद सिंधी नव वर्ष की शुरुआत है। व्यवसायी नया बही खाता इसी दिन से शुरू करते हैं। चेटीचंड सबसे लोकप्रिय सिंधी त्यौहार है और यह सिंधी चेत महीने के दौरान मनाया जाता है।

यह दिन काफी महत्वपूर्ण है कि इस दिन वरुण देव सिंध के शासक की तानाशाही से सिंधियों को बचाने के लिए चैत्र महीने के पहले दिन उदेरोल के रूप में प्रकट हुए, जो की सिंधी संस्कृति और हिंदू धर्म को नष्ट होने से बचाना चाहते थे। 

मुख्य त्यौहार झूलेलाल और बहरानो की पूजा के साथ शुरू होता है। पुरुष झूलेलाल से पहले सिंधी संगीत पर लोक नृत्य करते हैं। 

सिंधियों को समर्पित सभी संगठन या संस्थान इस त्यौहार को उल्लास और उमंग के साथ मनाते हैं। सिंधियों के सागर भगवान की आरती, झूलेलाल साईं की आरती से ही प्रारम्भ की जाती है। इस दिन जल की पूजा करने से लाभ प्राप्त होता है |

बहराणा साहिब 

बहराणा साहिब ज्योति, चीनी कैंडी, फोटा, फल, अखा का समायोजन है। इसके पीछे एक कांस्य बर्तन और एक नारियल है, जो कपड़े, फूल, पत्तियां और भगवान झूलेलाल की मूर्ति के साथ ढका गया है। इस दिन बहराणा साहिब को पास की नदी या झील में ले जाया जाता है।

चेटीचंड पूजा विधान

चेटीचंड के पर्व को और ज़्यादा शक्तिशाली बनाने के लिए एक विशाल जुलूस निकाला जाता है। इस अवसर पर लोग एकजुट होते हैं और मानव सौंदर्य को दर्शाते हुए और दीया प्रज्वलित करते हैं |

1. चेटीचंड के समय सुबह से ही मंदिरों में जाकर बुजुर्गों का आशीर्वाद लेना चाहिए।

2. सिंधी बहराणा साहिब को पास की नदी या झील तक ले जायें। बहराणा साहिब में ज्योत (तेल का दीपक), मिश्री (क्रिस्टल चीनी), फल (फलाहार), इलिची (इलायची), आक और इसके पीछे कलश (जल का लोटा), एक नारियल होता है, जो फूल (फूलों) से ढका होता है। ), कपड़ा और पत्ता (पत्ते)। लोग उपरोक्त सभी आवश्यक सामग्री का उपयोग करते हुए पारंपरिक पूजन करते हैं, इसके बाद दर्शन करते हैं। इस रिवाज  का उद्देश्य अपने आशीर्वाद के लिए भगवान् के प्रति अपने प्रेमभाव को रखना और समुद्री जीवो के लिए भोजन प्रदान करना है।

3. इसमें झूलेलाल देवता का पूजन भी शामिल है। सिंधी चेटीचंड पर उनके जय जयकार से पूरा क्षेत्र पवित्र हो जाता है।

4. भक्त इस दिन जल के देवता- वरुण देव की पूजा करते हैं और शालिओ साहब का भी पालन करते हैं जो सिंधु नदी के तट पर लगभग चालीस दिनों का अनुष्ठान है। इस शुभ दिन पर, सिंधियों ने जल के देवता से प्रार्थना की कि वे इस दुनिया की बुराइयों से खुद को सुरक्षित रखें और उन पर अपनी कृपा दृष्टि बनायें रखे ।

5. सिंधी रिवाज के अनुसार, इस शुभ पर नवजात शिशु ( बच्चे )का मुंडन किया जाता  हैं।

The main festival begins with the worship of Jhulelal and Bahrano. Men perform folk dances to Sindhi music before Jhulelal Festival.

All organizations or institutions dedicated to Sindhis celebrate this festival with gaiety and zeal. The Aarti of the Sea God of Sindhis is started with the aarti of Jhulelal Sai. Worshiping water on this day gives benefits. 

Baharana Sahib

Baharana Sahib is an adjustment of Jyoti, Sugar Candy, Fota, Fruit, Akha. It has a bronze pot and a coconut behind it, covered with clothes, flowers, leaves and an idol of Lord Jhulelal. On this day Bahrana Sahib is taken to a nearby river or lake.

Cheti Chand Pooja Vidhan

A huge procession is taken out to make the festival of Cheti Chand more powerful. On this occasion, people unite and reflect human beauty and light a lamp.

1. Cheti should go to temples from morning and take blessings of elders.

2. Take Sindhi Bahrana Sahib to a nearby river or lake. The Bahrana Sahib consists of Jyot (oil lamp), Mishri (crystal sugar), Fruit (fruithar), Ilichi (cardamom), Aka and behind it is Kalash (water pot), a coconut, which is covered with flowers (flowers). is. ), Cloth and leaf (leaves). People perform traditional worship using all the above mentioned ingredients, followed by darshan. The purpose of this custom is to keep your love for God for your blessings and to get food for sea creatures.

3. It also includes the worship of the deity Jhulelal. The entire area becomes sacred with their cheer on the Sindhi Cheti moon.

4. Devotees worship God of Water- Varuna Dev on this day and also follow Shalio Saheb which is a ritual of about forty days on the banks of the Indus River. On this auspicious day, the Sindhis prayed to the God of Water to protect themselves from the evils of this world and keep their grace on them.
