2 mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced (2 cups)
1 large yellow bell pepper, finely chopped (1 cup)
½ cup finely chopped red onion
¼ cup chopped cilantro
2 Tbs. lime juice1 red jalapeño chile, finely chopped
½ tsp. smoked paprika
Toss together all ingredients in small bowl.
Season with salt and additional paprika, if desired.
