1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 cup onions (chopped)
1 tsp ginger (paste)
1.5 cups tomatoes (chopped)
3 cups zucchini (diced)
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
salt (to taste)
Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds.
Add onions and ginger paste.
Saute until onions are cooked.
Add tomatoes and saute until tomatoes turn mushy.
Add zucchini, chilly powder, coriander powder and salt.
Cook zucchini to the desired level and turn off the stove.
