- They should not practice any pranayam which involves retention of breath
- They should not do Kapalbhati
- If They suffer from asthma, heart disease or shortness of breath or any other complication, you will need to check with your doctor before you begin Pranayama.
- They should Avoid jerky violent breathing - keep it slow, smooth and steady. Do only the specified number of repetitions that are right for your stage.
