  1. WRIST POINT

Apply gentle pressure for 3-4 minutes and then switch to other wrist and apply pressure for same period of time.

 

  1. ELBOW POINT

You can see this area locating the point in the elbow crease when you bend (slight curve shape) your right arm at the elbow. This point is positioned on the outer side of the large tendon in the middle of the crease until you feel pain.

Apply light pressure with your left thumb on a regular basis for not less than 2 minutes and repeat the same on the other arm for effective results

 

  1. COLLARBONE POINTS

This point is positioned 2 or 3 finger widths below the collarbone, on either side of the chest.

Applying firm pressure with the index finger for 3-4 minutes helps reducing asthma symptoms such as cough, congestion and shortness of breath.

 

  1. BREASTBONE POINTS

This healing point is positioned in the hollow area adjoining the breastbone, under the collarbone.

Applying pressure with the index finger and middle finger on a regular basis for 5 minutes each time helps relieve disorders related with asthma and bronchitis.

 

  1. SHOULDER BLADE POINTS

This acupressure point is located on the back of the shoulder, just exactly one finger width below the shoulder blades.
